Hmm...come to think of it, you might be right.

In my next of the woods a local white newscaster was fired after she posted something about black-on-black violence on Facebook. So she’s suing, arguing that a black newscaster wouldn’t have been fired for posting the same thing.

Of course, suing is one thing. winning is another.

Last year in Michigan a female local tv newscaster said off camera but leaked by colleagues: Oh,no, is this another story of a black killing a black in Detroit? We get these all day. I’m sick of black people dying like this.

She was firmly destroyed for “racism” for this actually good opinion. Like Chicago, so many blacks are killed but no one is supposed to express sympathy or outrage or anything.

Good point. if you have a mixed inner city jury and you are white you will probably have a hard time prevailing no matter how good your case. or if you opt for a bench trial you could get a kook liberal judge like the ones trying to screw up trumps policies all the time.
