Precisely. There is NO ambiguity. The bureaucracy does NOT constitute the legal governing authority.

James Traficant. There is a blast from the past. He screamed for months to impeach Bill Clinton, and then voted AGAINST ALL 4 articles of impeachment, the hypocritical scum. I hate politicians. They are all POSs. All of them.

C’mon, none of the RATs have been indicted. The spineless GOP have no clue how to street fight. They are “gentlemen” and never go after the opposition.

If you can name a single RAT politician under Obama or Bill Clinton who was indicted for corruption or abusing the power of his office, I will be shocked. I can’t think of a single one.

The crisis is when the facts warrant criminal prosecution of Obama. At that point there will be a political meltdown. The DOJ rules say they can't indict a sitting President, but nothing about a past President or past first Lady.

Pray, please God HELP US rid our country of these thugs, because that’s what it’s gonna take.

“Alinskyite governmental mobsterism— crimes within the administrative State, that violate our Constitutional law. We cannot be a country without identifying and prosecuting criminals of this ilk— because it is beyond mere corruption, but non-plebiscite corrosion of our form of government. “

That Obama, so clean and articulate! He’s a constitutional scholar, don’cha know!!??

“It would send a strong message to everyone else, especially the left, knock off the criminal abuse of your position in office or as a complicit civil servant.”

Hear, hear.

Holder having sleepless nights wondering if it will be the day that crimes he committed come to light and it’s all over for him.

I completely understand what you're saying. As one of the better posters, with good insight and information, however, I think you're (me?) missing the point.

I'm in the same camp as Rome2000. We are way past the point of either discovering or discussing the multitude of crimes committed by the Hussein cabal. I'm one of the core proponents of treason - I consider the attempted coup an act of war, therefore levying and abetting.

The point I was trying to make is that Trump has to make a top level strategic decision with respect to MAGA. That includes the wall, voting ID, 6-7 SC judges, etc. Faced with an organized conspiracy to overthrow the lawfully constituted government of the USA, he has to decide how best to proceed to use that as a tool to achieve MAGA.

So, Trump essentially has three options: (a) let them dangle, using the conspiracy as a policy wedge to win a sweeping victory in Nov; (b) same as [a], except prosecution achieves the same function; or (c) deploy Marines by using Lincoln's **exact same wording** [aka legal precedent] in his call to the militia "combinations too powerful to be suppressed by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, or by the powers vested in the marshals by law . https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/President_Lincoln%27s_75,000_volunteers

It's pretty straightforward; no reason to exercised or emotionally involved. I trust Trump to make the right decision that will pay off the largest return/dividends. Whichever way he rolls, we can be assured he's thought about this long & hard. I for one believe he has no compunction about pulling the trigger (c) if that is what is going to be required.

We should always remember that history is written by the winners. If it be civil war II, then that's the course destiny set for Trump. But how the story is written is the key factor - he will only pursue the option that has the best chance for success.

Option (c).

Otherwise this has been a complete waste of time.

The Vegas massacre will be in the mix too.

State of Emergency, all bets off.

But why option (c)? That may be personally immediately satisfying to you/me, but what about Trump's highest level strategic analysis with respect to MAGA?

What if, for example, option (a) yields a sweeping electoral victory in Nov, complete with majorities necessary for passing legislation for the wall, voter ID, packing the SC, hacking at the Fed workforce, perhaps closing departments like Edu, etc.

So, for a policy perspective, any consideration is simply a political calculation. Now, I understand where you're coming from from a retribution angle (JSM's point of punishing the Alinsky RICO organizations). But who's to say accidents don't happen?

Why must option (c) be so obvious? Cannot military action take place in the dark spheres? What is clear is that an act of war was conducted by the very definition of the act of treason. So, justice will be meted out; it's merely a function of how the scores are settled.

Remember Godfather II? Michael waited until his father passed, then the slate was wiped clean. Not trying to be a fanboi here, but I really trust Trump to pursue what will deliver the biggest return. However it plays out, I assume he will do what he's assessed he can pull off.

Also trust Trump and his team to make the right call. There are forces who will do anything to stop success, including the N.Korea potential for denuclearization, made possible through their manager, China (which is facing it’s own implosion without continued good trade with US, tariffs or no- lots of wedges being pushed against them). Japan a strong threat to the Norks especially (with uh, WWII history they might remember- nothing to be proud of, but a reality). Just imagine a Turkey like situation as in Nato (with US nukes quietly allowed supervised and placed in Japan)- what would that create. Might also add that US tactical nukes may very well be in country in S. Korea (and/or certainly shipboard in easy range).

Like option A the best, backed by the many States and their pro-Trump election support— reflecting willingness to “go to the mattresses” so to speak with 2nd Amendment rights- and these cannot be xed out by the DHS “risk” white paper- they could very well be young trained veterans, with new well paying jobs.

Finally- without putting too much “hope” on the table— there is the possibility that all these “comments” being now publicly made (Holder, Brennan, Clapper, Rice, even the obamaumaos and ValJar, and the suddenly silent hitlery et company) are a result of potential prosecution referral. It might explain the hubris of Holder thinking he’s still in control. The DOJ is under the Executive Branch and is a creation of Congress. The President can direct the DOJ to carry out its Constitutional duty to prosecute— and do so until he finds prosecutors willing to honor their Oath. As a way to clean Holder’s crap house, holdovers and lying criminals. Based on the political support of a nation that has had it with this crap, coupled with the end of the olde media which is no longer in any kind of “control” of the populace.

FWIW- the alt-media has a rumor that Brennan was arrested last Saturday (over Memorial Day weekend), and we won’t be hearing from him on any news media anymore. A nice thought, for a real rat bastard communist muzzie.

What if President Trump had said...”there will be a point where we will not go any further “ and in saying that made it sound like a warning or threat.

What President Trump did say was “look for and find anyone in my campaign or administration who has done any questionable activity.”

So... okay, let’s all just STOP looking because there will be a point (he’s praying) when the DOJ will STOP and not go any further. He is now fantasizing his way out of real trouble and I love it.
