This brief video (4:37) is poorly titled. Peterson's substantive point here is that those corporations and movements that are pushing Liberalism (often only i their virtue signalling) are playing with an idea (a demonic idea he calls it) that is more powerful than they can imagine.
Peterson quotes Jung as saying: "People don't have ideas...ideas have people."
To me, this is one of Peterson's most profound videos.

Ha! Jordan Peterson just said (differently) something I’ve been saying for years. HR departments should be eradicated.

I just watched the whole interview. I love Dr. Peterson. This one is exceptional....he comes very close to preaching the gospel without preaching the gospel. Dr. Peterson even said in this talk that the battle going on between left and right is a theological one.
