“Due process” would throw out most date rape claims. The accuser would have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the sex was not consensual. Feminists would NOT be happy if the current standard of “believe the woman” is dropped.

The female considers that “assault”. Then there is roofies, which look exactly like consensual sex the next morning.
