Our technology to indentify / kill the slime at standoff distance will continue to improve, theirs will not. Difficult but not a hopeless situation.

Perhaps if the Chinese were turned loose, they could see fit to, as Genghis Khan did, kill every male taller than a cartwheel.
They could then replace all those missing Chinese women lost to the one-child policy with Afghani women.
