If Sessions made a pro-Cruz statement prior to joining the Trump campaign, I can assure you he made another subsequent to joining it. As I took the time to recount above, I lived through it. It was a horrible experience. The Cruz people latched onto Sessions’ comments and used them as cudgels, beating anyone who questioned them verbally black, blue and bloody. Their uncontrolled aggression did Cruz no favors—but Sessions’ lie gave Cruz an immeasurable boost.

What do you mean IF ... I gave you the link that Sessions did in fact, in December 2015 praise Ted Cruz. I further gave you a link that gave the date that Sessions joined the Trump campaign. February 2016. F A C T S!!!!

Cite the article or any valid reporting that Sessions was praising Cruz after he joined the Trump campaign. Your memory does not count as valid reporting.

I took an outsized amount of time to relay exactly what I and other Trump supporters endured thanks to Sessions’ lie. The graceless way you sweep it all aside is a mirror of the shoddy way Sessions has treated the trust Trump invested in him. It’s disgusting.
