I must disagree with Shapiro. Well, really more with the conclusion that it’s legal to jail someone for commenting about a trial.

That might be the case in England but the article implies that it’s also the case here.

There are so many factors leading to the suicide of Europe. Banning Q-tips pales in comparison. The stupid EU privacy policy for instance. Why should we in America give a rip about it? Apparently we’re being forced to care.

How about the death panels and nhs rendering sick kids to die because they refuse to authorize care.

Just keep in mind that Europe has a nasty habit of letting things go to “critical mass” and then looking to US to pull their bacon out of the fire.

That is what should concern us all.
