how do you qualify for this freebie?...seems to me anybody can claim to want to kill someone and get the money...
plus these rejects probably collect other monies and they I imagine have to report it to their unemployment office, welfare office, food stamp office, and maybe they'll be forced to finally pay child support...

Based on the criteria set forth here, none of this money will go to responsible, law-abiding firearms owners. Doesn’t this constitute a tacit acknowledgement by the government that lawful firearms owners are not likely to be involved in crime? Kind of a conundrum for them when they want to pass more restrictive gun laws using the premise that it “makes the community safer”.
