It was no mistake, it was a WELL-TIMED ATTACK on Trump, using the First Amendment as a shield.
They want their version of DACA (i.e., complete fold by Trump) and this was a way to fire up their base. All that their base saw were the pictures, and the blame on Trump. The retraction reaches, at most 5% of these rabid animals.
The NY Times knew EXACTLY what they were doing when they sent out that tweet, and at the point where I think they need to be SHUT DOWN. This was NOT a mistake.
I remember when this was all going down in real time, and the Obama admin had a media blackout enforced to keep pictures out of the press.
And the press played along supinely.
“Mistakenly”? No. Dishonestly.

They do it with full awareness, knowing that a compliant media will support the lie.

We should be crystal clear that much of the vitriol directed at President Trump is *because* he is a nationalist, pro-America, patriotic and loyal to the United States, and sees the purpose of the presidency as being the executive officer of the nation.
Their bitter hatred of him is because he is, and believes, all the things that Democrats and leftists reject.
Democrats imagine themselves as “internationalists”, embracing international organizations like the Socialist International and the UN as “the real government”.
Democrats are *not* pro-America. They are anti-American, seeing the United States as no different than the worst of nations. Eventually their fantasy is that nations will be eliminated entirely, and that all people become generic, without unique cultures, histories, languages, or ethnicity.
Importantly, they imagine such a horror as being under a single party government, a socialist one.
So when you see Democrats demonstrating patriotism, loyalty, morality, etc., it is just an act. They have none, and are cursing under their breaths while acting. They will only attend a church that is so corrupted that it rejects God and places mankind as the center of the universe.
In practice, the Democrats see government power as something to get and cling to, but their purpose is little different from an organized crime syndicate. Everything is for “the big boss”, and he uses his resources solely to reward his friends and punish his enemies.
I remember reading something chilling on another forum, back before Obama had been elected for the first time. As is typical, somebody had mused that he was the antichrist. A supporter of his eventually confessed that he *hoped* Obama was the antichrist.
“Because if he is, he will have power, and give us stuff, and destroy the people we hate.”
That really resounded with me, and raises a question whenever I think of the motivations of Democrats. That they are willing to embrace *the ultimate evil*, and do so for the pettiest reasons imaginable.
This was made far worse at the DNC to nominate him for a second term, when the delegates renounced God three times.
In future, think of this when you hear Democrats and other leftists denounce President Trump.
