I expect that his very last act will be to kill himself with an AR-15, and found beside him will be a note that he penned, calling for the outright ban of all semiautomatic firearms, "because it makes suicide easier".

He needs to be more concerned about the hereafter than his senate seat. His comment telling people to “go to hell” was over the top unless that was Cindy’s spin on it.
