Capitulation to the forces on the politically correct/SJW/Progressive side of the ledger is not a positive move - give these Leftist goons an inch, they take a mile and no amount of bowing and scraping is ever enough for them. Meanwhile, you alienate whatever “normie” portion of your customer base that exists. Lose - lose.
Forget the bias training, just close your damn doors. There are many other places to purchase good/better coffee and, at a lot lower price. Starbucks coffee is nothing but a rip off.
Remember when Starbucks was more of a luxury, upscale brand years ago, and was marketed that way? That image sure has gone by the wayside.
