He has no reach to State, CIA, Clapper, Yates, Comey, Halper, nor 90% of the players.
It’s the Lois Lerner Strategy.
IG ran the Lois Lerner thing and the criminal referrals were ignored.
They go on denying and hiding evidence for 6 years.
It’s a “Special Counsel.”
It’s not a body; it’s an attorney.
