Scheduled to start at 12:20 eastern. Not hoping for a wreck, but if there’s going to be one, I want to see it. Starts are notorious for wrecks, are they not?
I was at this race in 2001 when this wreck happened. We were convinced someone had been killed. Miraculously, no one was hurt.

not really...sometimes a few taps...most of the accidents happen in turn 4..
Wrecks are why a lot of people secretly watch. More interesting that watching cars go round and round. Heck, even cats get bored with the laser after a few minutes.
