I am all for his libertarian positions and his speaking out—such as against the 9/11 narrative—in areas that have drawn the “conspiracy theorist” epithet.

Agree- open borders he’s dead wrong. Specifically Levin spent a good deal of time on his radio show, going through where Nap was completely wrong on the constitutional issue of the actual “appointment” of the so called special counsel, by an inferior officer (Rod Rosenstein) who had not the Constitutional authority under the Appointments clause to appoint ANYONE having US Atty or like powers. Mueller is an illegal appointment clear and simple. Backed up by Prof. Calabresi of NW Univ. Law School and many many others.
This fact makes the Cohen actions by Mueller and his equally illegal “special assistant attorneys” in the Alexandria District Court— ALL “fruit of the poisonous tree”. Both Rosenstein, and Mueller should be indicted and tried for this huge Constitutional breach, which would require Senatorial approval for the appointment, which would have to have been done by Sessions and not a “deputy”— in the first place (regardless of the foolish recusal by Sessions, Mr. “we always follow Dept. regulations” who was manipulated into recusal by the very False document dossier used to obtain an illegal FISA warrant on Page).
One wonders, with this information, why Trump is prolonging an illegally appointed “counsel” with unfettered powers, and the press taking the position of the high holy “holders of truth”, like Pravda in the USSR.
