The Alaska Permanent Fund is dispersing funds from income producing assets owned by the state.

Having just been bankrupt, I doubt Stockton owns any income producing assets.

Stockton has all those homeowners, property owners and businesses, that can be robbed for being stupid enough to remain within the city limits.

What better assets are there? They can't run, or hide their ill-gotten wealth. They stole from the People, and they must return it.

I like it. Democrat/Leftists are testing the limits of the most heavily armed civilians in human history. It can only end well...
