I read once where when you call into places (banks, website, cable company, where-ever) and they say the call may be recorded? The call IS recorded to determine your relationship style. And in the future when you call them, a representative that best fits your style will answer your call. It makes sense (everybody is happier) - but spooky too. They may even share that information with third parties. (Or perhaps it IS a third party that offers that service to all phone representatives?).

Which type of customer service employee does the algorithm choose for the customer who hangs the f up immediately? Asking for a friend.

If they do that when you phone a company in order to have someone more compatible with you answer the next time you call, then why do I still keep getting foreigners answering the phone?
