This is like a bad parody of "The Emporer's New Clothes".

Hillary walks around in hot weather wearing a winter coat with an obvious mechanical looking structure or device inside the coat
and acts like her conduct and manner of dress are perfectly normal.

And her sycophants pretend that all is well and that they don't see anything out of the ordinary.
