>> “Does this describe what Catholics call purgatory?” <<
Purgatory is imaginary, not in scripture.
>> “GWT judgement is a little difficult to sort out.” <<
Shouldn’t be. It is well explainede in Revelation.
It includes all that were not “changed” at the day of Trumpets. It is a fair hearing in Yehova’s court of the sins charged to those who remain, or were born after Trumpets, at the end of the material universe.
Universalism is blasphemy. Eternal is eternal. The saved will rule and reign with Christ in the Millennial Kingdom and after the GWTJ where all unbelievers are thrown into the Lake of Fire for all eternity, the saved will reside in the Eternal State forever. There is no purgatory and no one is “purified” in the Lake of Fire. They are tormented forever.
given his age of 28, it’s almost guaranteed that he had developed schizophrenia ...
Psych drugs again.
“I’ll bet he was setting up his insanity plea. He didn’t think anyone would stop him.”
Uh. No. He killed himself.
He didn’t kill himself-—he was shot by a patron.
.
Why didn’t the man just go to the Emergency Room?
Yes, he’s having a psychotic episode (which is caused by either schizophrenia, bipolar or drugs). But he’s also aware enough to make a video of himself, handle guns, etc. He states he needs help. Mental illness does not always obviate all responsibility.
Sorry, Trillian.
I misread. Two others shot him.
Maybe your theory is worth considering.
I looked at his videos and he even posted his phone number looking for someone to help him. I lean toward the mental illness was real and not pretended. But your suggestion is possible.

It was just a thought. Sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference between crazy, attention seeking on social media or both. It’s hard to trust anything that’s put out there.
“He didnt kill himself-he was shot by a patron.”
I see now. I should have read more carefully. While I doubt the theory of this being faked mental illness, at least that aspect does not rule it out.
