To: miss marmelstein

There’s no such thing a “children’s” movies anymore. A few years ago (not anymore) our small town had free little kid matinees with cheap snacks one day a week during the summer. I had to walk out on one that should have been rated R. Gave them a piece of my mind, not that it did anything.

Do you remember what the movie was?

A friend of mine, who runs the last movie revival house in Manhattan, runs kiddie movies on Saturday morning - movies like The Ten Commandments, Mary Poppins, Ray Harryhausen, etc. I’ve never seen a bad movie programmed but then this fellow is an absolute expert on film.
