Agreed. It is just not logical, at all, to suggest the Russians would rather be dealing with Trump. They were already dealing with Hillary and would have loved her to win.

Thank you for saying that. That is why the Mueller Probe was silly from the get go—even leaving aside the obvious conflicts of interest and bending of DoJ rules. But I was willing to go along with a gag for a while, but now it is obvious to any sentient being that the FBI and CIA tampered with our democracy more than the FSB and SVR.

Some Russians might have wanted to weaken H because they were convinced she was sure to win and wanted to start weakening her expected reign. But they could not and did not affect the election.
