Mueller and company should be given choice: prosecute in court or dismiss with prejudice. Else, let the government pick up the defense tab and tab for the defendants to sit in the US waiting for trial.
Team Mueller anticipated that this wouldn’t start at all in 2018, because the Russians would seek delays. They really guessed wrong. I agree with you....dismissal with prejudice is a real possibility, and it would take big chunk of respect out of Team-Mueller.
