I’m thinking if you go back all the way to Clinton and Bush41, I suspect you will find this guys fingerprints on a number of things.

Great point. When Adm. Stockdale was losing his mind he probably was just reporting on the crap the Bush’s were playing on him. Which would sound crazy.
