Twitter is a publicly traded company.
If this idiotic decision stands, the law suits against Alex Jones should be thrown out.
“Twitter is a publicly traded company.”
The “public” in that statement ONLY means it’s stock is traded on a “public” stock exchange, and that does not change the nature of the company from private to “public”. It is a company “privately” owned by its stockholders, and is run on their behalf, not on behalf of “the public”.
