Can anybody trust US intelligence any longer?
Who would want to work with them, when whatever is told them may be leaked?
And who can trust what assessments and conclusions US intelligence produces?
After the “dossier”, how do we know it isn’t just a concocted mess to suit an agenda?

And that’s a National Security issue.
We tried to develop a nuclear powered ramjet cruise missile about 50 years back (Project Pluto, IIRC). It did not work out.
