Yep - there was already enough known about him that there’s no way they could claim his outing would be a national security issue - they may have gotten too clever by admitting they had someone they don’t want outed and then leaking this guy to the LSM...
Stefan Halper, Bill Clinton’s college roommate is now a patsy? A pawn to be sacrificed while holding a bag of proverbial goods that would frame an innocent? Someone paid $1.2m by our government over the last seven years? That’s ridiculous on its face!
Halper is a very senior guy in this story!
