How about this, we return their “native” son who can calm the oceans and quell the skies with his banter.
FWIW, I can see a good use for eminent domain. Buy out the residents and make the land part of the near by national park. Expensive, but far less so than doing this over and over again. And HI can find a smarter way to deal with its low income housing problem.
