On Sunday evening, Justice Department Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein asked Inspector General Horowitz to investigate whether there was “impropriety or political motivation” into the FBI’s infiltration of Trump’s campaign.
This came just hours after President Trump demanded a review of whether Obama’s Deep State FBI did indeed spy on his campaign.
I hereby demand, and will do so officially tomorrow, that the Department of Justice look into whether or not the FBI/DOJ infiltrated or surveilled the Trump Campaign for Political Purposes – and if any such demands or requests were made by people within the Obama Administration!

That’s generally true, however someone is going to have to take a fall on the D side. To allow everyone in the cabal to escape punishment is essentially making it official policy that there is zero accountability in government.
McCabe seems to be the most vulnerable at this point unless Horowitz makes some more damaging referrals.
But how does it make any sense at all to second guess Trump on matters which he can see from all angles and at all depths, and which we can only see from what we read in the unreliable media while trying to discern facts from the necessary disinformation the Trump team themselves have been putting out there?

Rosenstein should be fired by Trump on the grounds that he is incompetent by the fact that he knew or should have known that Mueller’s powers were illegal/unconstitutional when he posed as an AAG and gave 4 of his men unconstitutional powers to expand their investigative powers.
You can fire someone that high because they are “incompetent”. That’s what got Comey (lying coming under this rubric).

Yes. Horowitz will refer what he suspects might be a crime. At that time it become a criminal investigation for Huber.
