Judge T.S. Ellis lost his temper and blasted prosecutors a couple weeks ago and said he believes Mueller is using the Manafort case to provide material that would lead to Trump’s “prosecution or impeachment”.
Judge Ellis also ordered the government to hand over the unredacted Rosenstein memo.
The Judge told Mueller’s prosecutors, “We don’t want anyone with unfettered power.”
Last Thursday, Robert Mueller’s office begrudgingly gave Judge T.S. Ellis the unredacted Rosenstein memo detailing the Special Counsel’s scope in a sealed court filing.
Mueller knew the day would come he would be challenged by an honest judge so his team of hack lawyers resorted to some dirty tricks in order to stay in control of this case.
Mueller’s lawyers filed for, and obtained an obscure special status giving them dual roles as not only special counsel prosecutors, but also as ‘Special Assistant US Attorneys (SAUSAs) which could make it difficult for Judge Ellis to hand the case over to other prosecutors.

An obscure special status obtained by several of special counsel Robert Mueller’s attorneys could prevent a judge from ousting Mueller’s lawyers from their role in the prosecution of former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort in federal court in Virginia.
Several court filings indicate that when lawyers from Mueller’s office appeared in federal court in Alexandria earlier this year, they did so not only as representative of Mueller’s office but as special assistant United States attorneys (SAUSAs) attached to the United States attorney’s office there.
That designation gives the Mueller prosecutors a kind of dual status that could complicate any attempt by U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III to try to shift the case to federal prosecutors based in Alexandria–a possibility the judge mentioned on a couple of occasions during a contentious hearing earlier this month.

U.S. Attorney’s must be confirmed by the Senate because of the power they have. Surely what they did here is illegal.
this sounds to me like some of Mueller’s lawyers are ok in this shenanigan but mueller is not. I’d say the judge should at the least oust mueller and everyone else not officially covered by it. then we’ll see it the lawyers actually given the special status want to carry on with the farce thats been exposed.
I think the Senate needs to bring Sessions in and ask how he explains the special status thing. If he can’t answer, they need to revoke his license to practice and get the Alabama state bar association involved.
They made executive decisions using executive authority that no law gives them but which arise from the DOJ own opaque written internal rules of operation.
Now then, a proper Attorney General (not sessions apparently) would see the fraud in how Mueller is structuring and operating his team, and fire both Rosenstein and Mueller. He’d then appoint himself one new “special prosecutor” to take all work of the Mueller team, review it with their own team, and complete the investigation. He’d appoint another special prosecutor to take over what the IG has been asked to look into regarding any and all politicized work and mishandling of responsibilities by persons withing the DOJ and FBI. That would include matters related to the investigations of Billary, Inc.’s Email system and misuse of the government’s intelligence apparatus as means of operating against a political opponent.
So Heaven and Earth get moved due to a ridiculous Democrat accusation of a “collusion” non-crime, but IT IS WIDELY KNOWN that Clinton ran an illegal server out of her closet and NOTHING is done? NOTHING!!!!
This kind of thing leads to ditch executions without a single shred of remorse.
This act of illegality should be tossed/dismissed outright.
But the judge could dismiss with prejudice. Personally I hope that’s what happens
Does Blackmail come to mind? Who knows what evil the Ozippy group has on anyone. John Roberts was probably blackmailed prior to the ozippycare ruling, regarding his adopted children.
Way back, Hildabeast had those 900 FBI files (x 10 probably). What makes us think that Zippy’s group didn’t take illegal steps to spy, unmask and blackmail lots of folks. This is getting deeper by the day.

How is that going to happen with Congress when you have senators like North Carolina Senator Thom Tillis and Senator Chris Coons, aka “The Bearded Marxist” bringing forth legislation to stop the Mueller investigation from being terminated by Trump?
Chris Coons (D-De) is so dumb he couldn’t find his ass with a GPS and map. He makes a lot of noise and unfortunately has a Senate vote, but he is not the brains behind anything as far as I can see.
Don’t know anything about Tillis but he really is a turncoat.
Forget about their posteuring which is just a publicity, diversionary trick.
What we need is Grassley and the Sen. Judiciary to open and investigation and hearings into the illegality of the SAUSA positions/powers re what Mark Levin has uncovered about their being illegally empowered by Mueller since Mueller can now legally viewed as a first tier DOJ official who HAS TO BE NOMINATED BY THE PRESIDENT and voted upon by the Senate (if he claims to have the powers of an AUSDA or AAG which would give him the power to widen the scope of his investigation).
Otherwise, Mueller’s job position and powers are unconstitutional and all his activities, according to Levin and Prof. Calebressi, would be unconstitutional, i.e. illegal.
This is where to bring down Mueller and his 4 Special AUSAGs, and literally his whole unconstitutional operation (he was not nominated by the President for an AAG position so he had no power to appoint his 4 SAUSAs and give them widesweeping investigative powers. That would kill the Mannafort investigation, the Flynn trap, the Papadoupoulus plea (he being a damned fool anyway), etc.
This would be dropping the Presidential Powers section of the Constitution on Mueller/Rosenstein’s unconstitutional “house of marked cards”.
Crash, Baby, Crash. Now we have to hope that Grassley and crew are smart enough to seize this golden opportunity to put Mueller and his Anti-Trump Mafia out of business, taking Rosenstein along with him.
Then it will be perjury indictments for Mueller, Clapper, Brennan, and the whole DOJ/FBI/DNI leadership cabal.
This would be my wish for the American people, to see this justice done to our internal political enemies, all the way up to AG Holder/Lynch and Comrade Obama himself.
