Swalwell stated that those that did not turn in their guns would be prosecuted if they were caught with an illegal gun.
So, we would have ex wives, unfriendly neighbors inform the police of gun owners, and DAs in selected leftist districts would begin beta testing prosecution.
This would not go over well. Ultimately, all State actions are backed up by a gun.
I wish Tucker would have put a finer point on this discussion and discussed this possible scenario. Tucker seemed to react emotionally. This Swalwell simply parrots points and does not respond directly to questions.

Yup exactly- my thoughts as well- Yes he talks fast- but doesn’t say much in defense of our second amendment/inalienable rights- and o nthe issue of climate change-
He could be making excellent points to refute it but doesn’t because he hasn’t researched the issue well enough- He allows guests to give their false narratives but he has no real effective comeback many times- because he isn’t up on the facts- As a representative of the right- engaging people on the left- he has a duty to counter the lies with truth and facts- not emotional responses-

FYI all: In Politically Correct speak, violent feral youth, especially of the Amish variety, are said to be “vibrant”. The noun form describing them is VIBRANTS. Most cop-killers are Vibrants, as are most Rappers. Congressman Swallwell is an albino Vibrant.
