She spent a billion dollars and had the entire federal government rigging the election for her and yet Donald Trump handed her ass to her without working up much of a sweat at all.

She thinks she’s smart because of her wealth, fame and power. But in the acquisition of money, fame or power, lack of scruples makes up for the lack of a lot of IQ points. With her lack of scruples, she’d do quite well even on the babbling-idiot side of the bell curve.
