Supposedly he has not been seen in Nine Months. You would think that would pique curiosity.
Apparently the Federal Government paid him in March. Should be easy to locate him. Follow the money.
The missing spook is Joseph Mifsud, not Halper. He's also a professor in London but he is Maltese, not American. It would not surprise me if he has "disappeared" permanently.
