If the images on Yahoo.com mean anything, La Busserine looks like a bunch of high-density kinda run down welfare-oriented apartments with as they say, a real ethnic feel to them.

Sounds like the French really lucked out on this one if “hooded men” opened fire with automatic rifles and only one person was injured.

One lesser reported incident back during the Nov 2015 “Bataclan”-”Eagles of Death Metal” massacre that France experienced... the terrorists also hit some cafés...
they burst into one café where a couple of South American dudes were dining... who probably were drug smugglers.. because they were armed... and they proceeded to pull out their own guns and shot the terrorists dead.
