Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper says President Trump's call for the Justice Department to find out if the FBI spied on his campaign is "not good for the country."

When and IF there are indictments I am waiting to see which so-called and I use this term very loosely, Deep State “patriot” turns on the others first to become states witness against his fellow conspirators. Who will be the big fish to try and fall on the sword to save obumbler or the hag? Will they?
Keep in mind I will believe indictments when I actually see them as the FBI, CIA, NSA and DOJ are corrupt and rotten to the core and I have no faith whatsoever in anything they say or actions they are taking. They have become punch lines at this point for banana republic type behavior.
How did Don ever get those jeans on? Oh, never mind, I don’t wanna know.

ROFL!!!!
I see what you did there with my typo. LOL!
I think Sessions has been quietly working with his own carefully selected team on some of the stuff that is starting to come out now. Trump is quick to fire anyone he believes is ineffective in his job. Its been almost 18 months. If Trump was not satisfied with what Sessions is working on, he would have been fired a long time ago. The jabs against Seasions by Trump are drama. The Dems have come to realize this too as the noose starts tightening around them. By having Sessions work in the shadows, Trump has protected him as a target from the Dema and the Media while he does his job.
Thats my theory and I hope Im right.

That was 1968 on that Johnny Carson Show. I was at Pitt as a senior.
A few of us were Cramming for a test at a Clandestine location on Climatology.
My somewhat Clairvoyant girl friend was studying Clerical units.
The only thing that got us through the night were a few boxes of Crispy Cremes and a picture of Clarabell.
We were so close together in the room, we were getting a little Claustrophobic.
At times that night passing all our studies looked like a Cliffhanger.
This a$$hole needs to STFU.
I think it is starting to dawn on these clowns that Trump has them by the short hairs.
One of the funniest routines ever! Jack and Johnny, R.I.P.

LOL ............ one more time.
Of course the FBI has an obligation to investigate Russian interference. It goes like this:
INVESTIGATION:
“Mr. Page, I am working with the FBI to investigate potential Russian interference or influence in the upcoming election. Could you answer a few questions?”
SPYING:
“Nice to meet you Mr. Page. I’m just an innocent old Cambridge Professor interested in Energy. By the way, you know anything about Russian influence in the election? Could we stay in touch?”
That’s a good poignant article and deserves a thread of its own.
Everybody knows what ‘good’ means, ‘poignant’ though is often misused. In this case it means an inevitable and profound sadness.
While it’s good and well written it immediately assumes Trump is self serving his own interest by ordering investigations into illegal spying. A point that the author profoundly pushes and even goes as far as to tell us what the pushback is going to look like. ... heading to a saturday massacre where Rosenstein, Sessions are fired because they refuse to respect the power and rights of the executive It’s unclear with what Wray would do.
Finally, the article is poignant in that it fails to recognize the fact that the past is the prologue. We are here at this very point at this moment because the previous administration drove us here.
Clapper thinks the country is the Deep State.
It is disturbing to the Deep State.
Investigations involve evidence. That’s why Manafort and Cohen were raided [both homes and offices, etc.]. If Sessions is quietly conducting evidence-free investigations, he must be doing it via Ouija Board.
Shut up you moron. It’s lucky for you there are government jobs where weasels like you can find ‘success’ while being incompetent.
Yeah, I agree with Mr. Clap.
Finding out if we are an East German police state that allows unfettered spying on political opponents is AWFUL for our country.
< /sarcasm>
When you get the Clap, its time to call in the Dr to get rid of it.
Those were fishing raids for the Mueller Russia investigation. Im talking about the deep state corruption at a much larger level. Lets wait and see :-).
Which Deep State individuals are being investigated? How do you know?
Clapper is really nervous about something. Could it be the IG report?
