We are fast approaching a new dawn in America where there will be a permanent Special Counsel position hovering above, and constantly crippling, the Executive Branch. No matter who is in the White House, and absent any crime, for any reason - or no reason at all - the SC will dog the occupant of the White House for at least 4 years. It will be as opaque as possible, exercising maximum obfuscation, and lacking ANY oversight by the Legislative Branch.
Only of the there is a republican in the WHite House. If a democrat? No crimes can be committed. By their definition of a crime, of course.
