Look for Sessions to make a statement that Horowitz and Huber already are.

Huber is not conducting investigations directly. His limited role is to “make recommendations”:
...These senior prosecutors will report directly to the Attorney General and the Deputy Attorney General [Rod Rosenstein], as appropriate, and will make recommendations as to whether any matters not currently under investigation should be opened, whether any matters currently under investigation require further resources, or whether any matters merit the appointment of a Special Counsel.

A very tight ship. Don’t forget that even after Sessions announced that he’d appointed a DOJ prosecutor from outside DC, not a single reporter managed to ferret out his name until Sessions himself announced that it was Huber a couple of weeks later. That operation is being professionally run and AG Sessions is behaving professionally by not talking about an ongoing investigation.
