Sessions is not indicting, nor will ever indict anyone.
A criminal referral was made to the DC District
Prosecutor to make the decision to indict or not
indict McCabe.
So Sessions is not nor will he ever be indicting
any of these criminals.
Let’s get that myth out of the way.
