According to the article, Seattle is number one and KC is number two. I can see Seattle, but KC? No.

Who has the big money in Kansas City to buy or expand with a team?

Cerner or Garmin money. Otherwise there is no big investor ready to go.

I would put money on St. Louis being that town as you have some really big money with the enterprise Rent-A-Car people

Vancouver had an NBA team. Only lasted 6 years (1995-2001) before they moved to Memphis.
