Today’s’ programmers don’t know jack about Fortran and Cobol. Cobol is a gold mine for old geezers consultants.
You know, it is really funny if you think about it.
The really BIG need for COBOL programmers was around 1998/99 right before YK2.
Yet here we are, almost 20 years later!!! Still needing those skills.
I retired from the USAF then, and got my MCSE in Windows NT.
That seems like such a LONG time ago.
