If you look at the murder rates, you'll find that women rejecting or abandoning a man are far more likely to be killed by that man than a man leaving a woman is. She may steal his bank account, she may key his car, she may talk about him on social media, she may burn his clothes... but the murderers are generally men. The prisons are full of mostly men, and there's a reason for it.
One reason for it is that the winner always ends up in handcuffs and the loser ends up with a restyraining order. And, 99% of the time, when a woman starts it, she is the one who ends up on the floor.
