The New York Times has essentially outed the CIA and FBI informant as Stefan Halper tonight in yet another lengthy justification article citing the reasoning from the perspective of the corrupt intelligence officers who conducted the surveillance and spying operation against the Trump campaign.
Guess what? . After 18 months of denials, their justification framework isnt selling. It isnt selling even amid the barking moonbats who normally defend the left-wing crazy. If you want to gauge the level of fail, just read the comments section of the New York Times justification article. Doh the awakening is here like a DNC party during the ALS ice-bucket challenge.
According to The Times, the FBI and CIA were using Halper to protect candidate Trump from the Russians. Yes, thats their story and theyre sticking to it. However, from that angle: Are they currently investigating candidate Trump for failing to collude in the Russian efforts they were attempting to protect him from? {{{Doh}}} Yup, the special counsel is an ongoing effort to keep protecting President Trump or something.
Wait, what?.. Huh?
Oh, ya just gotta read the NYT snippets.
Two things to remember: First, they denied all of this for eighteen months. Second, these are their leaks, their story, their version; delivered via their spin, from the people who were conducting the scheme against the Trump campaign: (New York Times) [ ] The informant, an American academic who teaches in Britain, made contact late that summer with one campaign adviser, George Papadopoulos, according to people familiar with the matter. He also met repeatedly in the ensuing months with the other aide, Carter Page, who was also under F.B.I. scrutiny for his ties to Russia.

Halper is basically gone, and likely never to appear again.
************
Its possible that Halper might not have been the only informant or attempt by the Deep State to infiltrate the Trump campaign. These people seem to like “insurance policies”.
Halper is basically gone, and likely never to appear again. I also think that disappearance....right around the purge period in Saudi Arabia in the fall of 2017, might be an indication that hes worried about a number of folks coming after him.
Is this the person that DOJ and FBI wanted to keep secret?
It may be that the NYT is trying to focus attention on Harper because it knows there is a lot more to see than just Harper.
Russia was always totalitarian.
Russia was Communist, but is no longer “just” Communist.
They always used “so called” “intellectuals” for their ability to conjure a benign image. But Totalitarians are not benign rulers.
All forms of Totalitarianism are evil.
He will find a hiding place.
I could see that. smile.
CT refers to Halper as an American, but IIRC Halper is a dual citizen, US and UK. And, if true, I think that info may be germane.
Thanks for the link
This was and is an attempted coup by the US Intelligence Establishment working with British Intelligence.
Boiling it down: Anti-Brexit British Establishment Elite acting as agents of the Obama FBI/DOJ infiltrated an opposition candidates campaign, name-dropped Russia with the implication of collusion then peddled this as evidence of Russian Collusion, all while the Same MI6 operation fabricated a Russian-Based Steele Dossier meant to smear the Republican Candidate should he succeed in winning the endorsement of the American public.
Only problem is the Candidate won... this is some nasty stuff and a far larger political scandal than Watergate.
Yes, the NYT is complicit. I am sure that there are things related to this that none of them want uncovered.
So they sacrifice an element to hide a lot more.
Problem is, with the truth all the pieces fit. They never fit with lies.
So the more exposure, the more it leads to exposure.
YES. Totally correct.
But as Rush says: “Follow the Money!”
The glue with the Globalist is the money trail. They do not like to be exposed.
But if the nation is to survive, they MUST be exposed.
Thanks for posting, Texas Fossil.
bttt
They will find him and take out a troubling witness and some how blame it on Trump.
This goes back to his earliest days in politics. Obama has always managed to get the dirt on his opponent, illegally, and dumped it. Look at what occurred with the public release of the salacious details of the Ryan divorce.
Getting his hands on the levers of the unfathomable powers of our surveillance state put it in hyperdrive.
I first found this from link on twitter to a similar article on Red States. It was easier to follow in narrative, but essentially the same.
I forgot that Red State was not a desirable source and read to post it as a blog. I’m sure there is a reason for that. Probably lack of accuracy in the past. Or the presence of an agenda.
So I searched for articles about Stefan Halper and found this one.
Conservative Tree House is amazing when it comes to this type of analysis. At times it is hard to follow, unless you have a broad background on the subject.
But thanks for the encouragement. There are days we all need that. smile.
Who paid for the London trips and the ‘research papers’?
What were the papers used for?
Other than bait.
Reminds me of when Jesse Ventura used to sit alongside the commentator at the professional wrestling bouts. He was always on the side of the bad guys, and when the bad guy would sneak in and do something underhanded and illegal, Ventura was quite good in putting a noble spin on it.
This just occurred to me. We know that Papadopoulus was a lightweight in the campaign; barely more than a groupie, a hanger-on. But suppose, when he received the invite from Halper to come to London (to be sandbagged), suppose he asked Trump for advice whether or not to go. Well, we know that he went. So suppose he reported to Trump when he returned to the States, and Trump has been hip to what’s going on all along?
Yes, they are. CTH is one of my favorites.
Youre very welcome for the encouragement.
A little kindness goes a long way. :-)
Yes.
I don’t hear much about Jesse Ventura. Think he soiled himself over his Chris Kyle lawsuit against the widow.
He is a total jerk.
