Sounds like Halper was sent into the Trump campaign by BRENNAN/COMEY for the sole purpose of FRAMING Trump. So, Halper wasn't a spy. He was a CIA operative TASKED WITH FRAMING TRUMP.

This connects Hillary with the insertion of SABOTEUR Halper into the Trump campaign. What's the timeframe? Perhaps the suggestion of inserting Halper into the Trump campaign is what the Bill Clinton / Loretta Lynch TARMAC MEETING was all about!
