Oh no, they got promoted, with the lowest test scores. This is a department in my neighboring town. I feel bad for the honest ones and the spouses and children of these nuts.
I also live nearby...hard to believe this happens in such a small police department. Makes u think where else similar stuff like this goes on.
After reading the article it sounds like a nightmare to work there. The politically connected ones crossed many lines beyond horsing around and right into harassment. Crapping in shoes, tossing used toilet paper at others, dry humping guys. One ran a business on the clock. Nepotism. Not only was nothing done, they were rewarded with promotions and protected by the city administrator. Way more than shenanigans.
That Huber guy sounds like a complete child.
