SCOTUS will no longer allow you to sentence someone to death if they committed the crime before 18. Nor sentence them to life with no possibility of parole.

They set this precedent when they overturned the sentence of the D.C. Sniper’s accomplice. Caving to pressure from the Euros and Amnesty International.
