At least eight people have been killed in a Texas high school shooting Friday, FOX 26 reported. The suspected shooter was taken into custody and the active shooter situation was said to be over.
Police officers responded to Santa Fe High School around 8 a.m. CDT after reports that a shooter opened fire inside. The gunman appears to be a student, KTRK reports, citing a law enforcement official. Further details of the incident were not immediately available.

Let me guess there wasn’t an armed guard at the school. Until they go to armed guards this will keep happening. The gungrabbers will escalate the hysteria until we end up in civil war.
Nothing new. Those of us who still remember the media led hysteria after the murder of Bobby Kennedy by a Palestinian immigrant, have seen it all before. We are just not blindsided as we were in 1968.

What makes Cuomo’s letter even more so ridiculous is that I bet where Cara, Mariah, and Michaela go to school that habitual nutball discipline problems (whom the perpetrator will likely be found out as one) are among the last things to be concerned about. I bet where Andrew and Chris both send their kids to school is likely not cheap.
Perhaps time to bring back public hangings. Maybe if the pukes who think shooting up a school will bring them lasting recognition see the graphic consequences of the act it just might deter them. For both this shooter and the Parkland school shooter in Florida, it will likely be years before they come to trial and there will be much public hand wringing and excuse making for why they committed these heinous acts. I doubt either one will ever face the death penalty and more likely they will be committed to some psychiatric facility with the possibility of being released at some point. Look at the Boston bomber, why is that POS is still drawing breath?
I hate to sound like a conspiracy nut, but I agree. Every time I see one of these things I can’t help but think that it set up by what local Houston radio host Sam Malone calls the Godless alt left in order to get their agenda pushed through. You have to break a few eggs in order to make an omelette.
Remember what Rahm Emmanuel said, don’t let a good crisis go to waste.
Those of us that live south of Houston know that most people who live in Santa Fe are pretty hard-core conservatives who believe in the Second Amendment and small government, for the most part . Seems like an odd setting for something like this to happen.

Heard the school resource officer engaged and was critically wounded so..... Every time this occurs, I get a knot in my gut cause I know what’s to follow.

We had gun safety and marksmanship classes when I was in high school, and nobody ever god hurt.

This is a thing that is going to continue to repeat until the pattern and circumstances are interrupted.
