SANTA FE, Texas - A spokesman for police confirmed Friday that they are investigating an active-shooter situation at Santa Fe High School.
It was not immediately clear if anyone was injured.
KPRC2 has crews headed to the scene.
Video games dont make you angry and homicidal towards a group.
Being Bullied on the other hand can elicit desires for revenge upon a group.
I was bullied after moving and being the "different" FNG at a public school. I also remember how much I would have liked to "get back" at people.
That was when "Sgt. Rock and His Howling Commandos" were as "desensitizing" as it got. I feel sorry for kids nowadays- there are no end of people deliberately f-ing them up for fun, profit and political power (the NRA is not among any of that lot, for those in Rio Linda).

So what stopped you or kept you from hurting people?

What worked for me with bully-types was to punch ‘em. Bullies usually don’t expect a potential victim to react like that.
As for desensitizing, I don’t think anyone, man or child, can spend all day doing nothing but massacring people in a video game and not get royally effed up in the head. More so if he’s already just a little nutty when he started.

My family raised me to understand that acting out vis-à-vis such emotions would have been both wrong and unforgiveable. If that sounds simplistic, sorry.
Doesn’t sound simplistic at all. Sounds like you had and have a moral compass which seems to be lacking from many people today.

I don’t necessarily disagree with the idea behind that reasoning, but it wouldn’t have been satisfactory for me, at least.
It can be done, as I did it - it wasn’t emotional at all, I planned ahead to flatten a bully, even if it had to be a sucker punch. It was cold and calculated - not in a psycho way, but just not caught up in the heat of a moment. If it further fisticuffs were to follow, so be it - at least the guy would know I would dish it back.
But could I have stood up to what kind of crap kids are inundated with? They get served hypnotic sludge by the schools, by the media, by the marketers of everything from videogames to music to movies to clothing, the political parties (one in particular) and now from (many) churches. Add in the virtual peer pressure courtesy of the internet and I don't know but what I would be lost.
Regarding the last point, I do not see how Facebook and other social media sites avoid scrutiny for any number of crimes, as they have facilitated some awful things simply by providing a pipeline to some of the worst not just in the neighborhood, but on the planet. Craig'sList alone has been a catalyst for how many murders?
By the time a DP is carried out, no one remembers what it was about. Defeats the purpose of the DP.
It’s not a Nazi cross. It’s an iron cross, which predates the Nazis by over 100 years.
Big Deep State news about to drop, activate the FF to change the narrative.
I often think of how lucky I was to not have social media and the internet growing up. It’s hard for me to imagine someone looking back from the year 2050 and thinking the rise of the 24 hour news cycle, instant internet from smart phones and social media platforms was this really great thing for society.

Hitler, Goering and Rommel ALL earned their (first) iron cross in WWI before the Nazi party existed.
Posting all the pictures in the world will not alter these facts.
It’s also a cheap looking replica of the Eisenkreuz.
