Why is the memo even secret? It alleges to be an attempt to set the scope of an investigation into whether Russia interfered in the 2016 election and if the Trump campaign knowingly assisted or coordinated that effort. The scope of the investigation shouldn’t be secret (some of the investigation might need to be secret, but not the scope of the investigation). RELEASE THE MEMO.
