But for the Supreme Court to decline here in this case, does that mean the majority of the justices didn’t want to hear it?
That means at most four judges voted to hear the case. There may be one or more who disagreed with the ruling but thought it was a bad case to hear for various reasons, or it may be that Kennedy (the perennial swing vote) didn't want to hear it. In any case, we have four ideological tyrants on the Supreme Court who will never vote for American freedom: Ginsburg, Kagan, Breyer, and Sotomayor.
