That means at most four judges voted to hear the case. There may be one or more who disagreed with the ruling but thought it was a bad case to hear for various reasons, or it may be that Kennedy (the perennial swing vote) didn't want to hear it. In any case, we have four ideological tyrants on the Supreme Court who will never vote for American freedom: Ginsburg, Kagan, Breyer, and Sotomayor.

What a bunch of worthless f*ckers! They are even more worthless than the Congress! So we have two of the three branches of our Federal Government taking pay for not doing the jobs for which “we hired them!”
