DIRTY COP STEPS FORWARD – Admits Leaking Michael Cohen’s Bank Records
The Gateway Pundit ^ | May 16, 2018 | Cristina Laila

On April 9, 2018 FBI agents raided the office of one of Trump’s personal lawyers Michael Cohen at the request of Special Counsel Robert Mueller. Michael Cohen is President Trump’s personal attorney. The Mueller mob took all of his records and emails.

One month later — Cohen’s financial documents are leaked to the porn star’s shady attorney.

The Treasury Department’s inspector general is investigating how Stormy Daniels’s lawyer Michael Avenatti obtained confidential banking records concerning a company controlled by President Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen.

Now this…

A law enforcement official has admitted to leaking Cohen’s bank records.

The name of the leaker is being withheld from the public.

The New Yorker reported:

--

Trial lawyer Robert Barnes weighed in with his prediction:

As forecast, Avenatti obtained his information through an illegal, CRIMINAL LEAK by someone now identified as a “law enforcement official.” Given this source both knew about bank transactions and had access to a government database, this is highly likely either #SDNY or #Mueller. https://t.co/cuReeYc2qn

These are sick evil desperate people who are doing this crap. They don't appear to fear spending big time in jail.

Is that because the run the system or because of being offered so much money they will try anything?

God Help the United States of America.

They don't appear to fear spending big time in jail.

Oh, they do, but the alternative might be worse. In this field the loyalty of the participants is very often ensured by means the Mafia would consider dirty. Once you're in and on the payroll, there are certain obligations that weren't in any original agreement. One of those is to cultivate and corrupt other contacts, media contacts especially. Once they're on the teat, they're on the team.

not to be a thread disrupter, but look at this, too..

THE SOURCE OF THE UNSEALED WEINER INDICTMENT IS PACER SERVICE CENTER, FOUND AT https:// pacer.login.uscourts.gov/csologin/login.jsf

See the blue text at the top? That's the standard Header that appears on all documents filed in the U.S. federal courts.

If this thing is broken open by Tony Wiener I shall have to admit the existence of cosmic irony.

Well hot dog, but how could this happen? How did Michael Cohen and the Weiner get mixed up?

SDNY. They had/have Weiner's laptop AND were the ones executing the warrant against Cohen. This is getting delicious.

Somebody’s buns are about to get whacked. SDNY is also Mueller’s go-to team in Da City.

I don’t have any idea. But suggest you read the New Yorker article (link in this article).

Somebody is protected (Comey??) or has huge brass balls.

Did Mueller give Comey total immunity? Can he extend that beyond the reach of the Special Prosecutor. Protection generally is given for existing crimes. Not for illegal leaking highly sensitive data like this.
