In an interview with NPR last Friday, Trump's chief of staff John Kelly described the illegal aliens pouring across our border in the most gentle manner imaginable.
He said that illegal aliens aren't "bad people," but also "not people that would easily assimilate into the United States into our modern society." They are, he continued, mostly rural, poor, unskilled and illiterate. "They don't speak English," Kelly said. "Obviously, that's a big thing."
Kelly violated the civic religion of treating every non-American as better than an American -- a potential valedictorian, Medal of Honor winner and Nobel Prize recipient. Naturally, he was called a "racist."
So what was the point? You're going to be called a "racist" no matter what you say, so why not be honest: Illegals are self-entitled law-breakers and thieves, stealing jobs and government benefits meant for our own people.
Our cliche-driven media huffed and puffed about Kelly's presumed descent from immigrants.
CNN's Don Lemon said, "But like most Americans, Kelly comes from a family of immigrants, doesn't he?"
If you'd read "Adios, America!" Don, you'd know this is PC nonsense. As late as 1990 -- a quarter-century into Teddy Kennedy's plan to remake our nation into a Third World hellhole -- half of the population traced its roots to the Americans of 1790. We're a real country, made up of the people who created it, much like other countries.

Probably a lot more than 50% of the population has ancestors who were in the US in 1790. There was a huge amount of immigration in the 19th century and early years of the 20th century, but a lot of children and grandchildren of German, Irish, Italian, Slavic, Jewish, Scandinavian, and other immigrants married people who had ancestors here in 1790. Most black Americans had ancestors in the US in 1790.
now because we are forced into this implied contract...pay taxes and you'll have some support when you are older and we'll keep the roads and hospitals working....they are STEALING from our heritage as taxpayers...
my parents are gone to heaven but they got such a pittance in SS...
none of us got sent to school for free...
we had no free lunches nor summer camps nor free health care..
and yet the illegals waltz in here and get immediately the best of everything...
i'll bet most freepers know people from the Phillipines or Viet Nam or Poland or Russia that had to save and save and save to be able to bring their extended families here...it took yrs to afford it...
almost all immigrants assimilated quickly....
But just think of all the vibrant, diverse new diseases they bring to us! What’s a little TB epidemic in the public schools in exchange for the cultural diversity of M-13?

She's pi$$ed off about The Wall. I agree with her 1000%.However,she blames DJT and I,not having a deep understanding of why it's failed so far,am not sure who to blame.However,I am inclined to blame the Rat Party...but if someone can convince me that it's DJT's fault I might reconsider my position.
Is it racist of me to ponder that of all the immigrant aliens I’ve met, the ones from south of the border were unskilled or dumb as bricks? The ones I knew that came from Europe or Asia were skilled and talented, and many were genius level. I’ve yet to meet any from south of the border who were geniuses. Some I met from Russia, Ukraine and Holland were extremely intelligent, having held scientific jobs where they came from. We get the dregs from latin America south of the border. Note I’m not saying latinos are dumb, just that the smart ones aren’t the ones coming here.
One of my great grandmothers arrived here speaking only Gaelic....today her successors,including me,have at least a decent command of English and I,at least,am both proud of my Irish ancestors and see myself as 100% American and damn happy that those ancestors made the trip.
I see the Ireland of today as just another dirty,depraved and depressing European cesspool.
I've done a fair amount of traveling in my life...Europe,Asia,Australia,Africa and South America.
Among the many noteworthy lessons I've learned during these travels is that all cultures are *absolutely* not equal!
I,personally,would like to see a *complete* halt to immigration for at least 10 years,if not longer.We've got *far* too many people who refuse to assimilate which,IMO,is *very* bad.
My mom’s family got here in 1650, my dad’s a century later. Oddly enough, the 3/4 of me that is Irish came in in fits and starts between 1753 and the 1890’s.

My Mother's family arrived in 1648 and my Father's in 1712. So no, I don't feel like an immigrant.
We have an enormous problem of AMERICAN born poor, unskilled and illiterate that is killing this country. Why in the hell do we need to import poor, unskilled and illiterate from failed nation states south of the border or the Islamic cesspool of the Mideast? The answer by the leftist view is votes, government dependence and to breed the country out of existence. The globalist scumbag GOP view is cheap labor and toe the line in uni-party fashion.
