President Trump's attorney, Rudy Giuliani, told Fox News Wednesday that special counsel Robert Mueller has told the president's legal team he will follow Justice Department guidance and not seek an indictment against Trump. Giuliani, himself a former federal prosecutor and mayor of New York City, also told Fox that Mueller's investigators have not responded to five information requests from the president's team. That has forced Trump's legal team to push off making a decision about whether the president will sit for an interview with the special counsel -- a decision they had hoped to reach by Thursday. The precedent that federal prosecutors cannot indict a sitting president is laid out in a 1999 Justice Department memo. Giuliani told Fox News that Mueller has no choice but to follow its guidance. "This case is essentially over," Giuliani said. "They're just in denial."

I guess Mulehead listened to Levin’s segment, on Hannity, a couple of weeks ago.
Per Levin...the law is VERY clear....a sitting President cannot be indicted.
Muley needs to roll up his tent and move along.....a long way away....and, take 0 and his Shadow Minions with him.
The Donald has The goods on The Mulehead?

I don’t think so. In fact, if I were Roger Stone, I think I might head for Brazil or some other place where there’s no extradition treaty with the USA.
No one can indict a sitting president.
He must be impeached and removed from office first.
Then he can be impeached like everyone else
Whatever happened to the Russian company he accused and then they actually showed up to court and then Mueller’s team was trying to reschedule. That was over a week ago and haven’t heard what happened other than the judge denied Mueller’s team an extension.
How many millions did Mueller spend to figure that out?
“Yes but can a sitting president indict Mueller?”
Don’t know; but a President can FIRE him.
Yup - Mueller knows that everybody knows what went on. Rush explained everything the other day, and so did others on Fox last night.
Everything was a setup. Everyone was framed. The corruption in Obama’s FBI/DOJ/DOS, etc. is being exposed.
It takes a two thirds vote in the Senate to convict. But a Dem run impeachment would gum up the House for months.
Let’s see if Mueller has the balz to indict Trump Junior.
“His goal isnt to indict; its to dig up dirt to be used to support impeachment.”
That is exactly what he is doing. Trying to find something that the dimoKKKRATS can impeach him on if they retake Congress.
In case you missed it the Deep State doesn’t indict it’s own.
Think, Hillary, Bill Clinton, the Posdetas, Harry Reid, McCain, Comey, McCabe, all those interview who worked for Hillary. Should I go on? We live under tyranny now.
The judge in that case demanded the document that details the scope and reasons for the investigation. I have been waiting to hear the response to that. Nothing so far AFAIK.
Hopefully the judge put some teeth in that demand.
That means the opposite, Yes, they will indict the President who proceeds to give the middle finger to our corrupt Justice and corrupt Legislature.
well thats one way to walk away from the mess they created.....”would love to indict, but we have rules against that”......
” special counsel Robert Mueller has told the president’s legal team he will follow Justice Department guidance and not seek an indictment against Trump.”
Translated into deep-state sedition-ese, “I know i cannot indict a sitting President. So I will target everyone around him, including relatives. Then I will accuse him of crimes in a report to give to Congress, who I will state can impeach him for the crimes I “found”.
More deep state BS.
I think it's more about supplying the media with ongoing messages to manipulate a percentage of the electorate going into the midterms.
They will do that but that gruel is getting thinner and thinner. Personally I'm looking forward to watching the #FakeNews media hang on until the gruel they are slinging is so thin that water seems thick in comparison.
